Attention of the Authorized Dealers is invited to F. E. Circular No. 12 dated August 28, 2006 on the captioned subject enclosing therewith Ministry of Textile Industry's SRO. No. 803(I)/2006 dated August 04, 2006. Now Ministry of Textile Industry vide their O. M. No. F. 8. (102-2) TID/07-P-I dated October 02, 2007 has announced that the penal interest rate to be charged by SBP in terms of Annexure-II of the said SRO is 4% above the interbank rate.
