Attention of the Authorized Dealers is invited to point (1) of EPD Circular Letter No. 16 dated July 11, 2007 regarding the captioned subject.

|
|
In this respect it is clarified that Authorized Dealers will purchase foreign exchange from the interbank market against import of all categories of Furnace Oil irrespective of the HS Code mentioned therein. All other instructions on the subject would remain the same.
