Authorized Dealers may please find enclosed Ministry of Commerce's letter No. 2(8)/2004-RO (Imp.I) dated 4th July, 2007 on the above subject in terms of which Ministry of Commerce has extended the date for opening of LCs by commercial importers of NPB arms and ammunition upto 15th July, 2007 subject to a monetary ceiling mentioned in each authorization.
