| 6% R & D PAYMENT TO EXPORTERS OF EPZ |

Attention of Authorized Dealers is invited to EPD Circular Letter No. / 09 / EPP.1 (51) R&D- 2007 dated May 21, 2007 on the subject.
|
|
|
With a view to further facilitate the exporters of readymade garment of Export Processing Zones of Pakistan, the Ministry of Commerce has advised that those R&D claims of EPZ units , where shipment was made during 19-01-2006 to 14-04-2006 (both dates inclusive), may now be processed for payment by giving them one time extension for filing of such cases. Accordingly, exporters may now submit the said cases to respective SBP-BSC (Bank) Offices under the prescribed procedure latest by July 14, 2007.
