| MECHANISM/PROCEDURE/CONDITIONS FOR EXPORT OF 0.300 MMTS OF WHEAT FROM PASSCO'S STOCK THROUGH PRIVATE SECTOR |

Attention of the Authorized Dealers is invited to FE Circular Letter No. 04 dated February 28, 2007 in terms of which export of 0.500 MMTs of wheat through private sector was allowed, subject to fulfillment of prescribed mechanism/procedure/condition enclosed therewith. Subsequently, Ministry of Food, Agriculture & Live Stock vide their O. M No. F. 6-2/2006-Wheat-I dated March 10, 2007 has further allowed exporting of 0.300MMTs of wheat from Passco's stock through private sector on the terms and conditions as mentioned therein.
