Attention of the Authorized Dealers is invited to Ministry of Commerce's SRO.54 (I)/2007 dated January 20, 2007 and an extract of Ministry of Food, Agriculture & Live Stock's mechanism regarding the captioned subject (copies enclosed). Authorized Dealers are advised to bring the same to the notice of their constituents.

In this regard, all the Authorized Dealers are advised to report to this office the status of transactions (L/C wise details) on weekly basis i.e. reports are required to be submitted by each Tuesday for the preceding week ending on Saturday. First such consolidated report for the transactions took place by March 02, 2007 should reach this department positively by March 03, 2007.
